PR-116X is an example of PR-18X with the add-on extending module. By integrating an 8 VGA ports module board, both firmware and hardware are working stable and can meet a 16 ports KVM switch requirement. ConnectPRO includes FREE lifetime tech support and a 3-year warranty. The PRO’s rack-mount ability, industrial quality, and reliability make it a favorite solution for desktop, SOHO, and industrial environments. It can be operated by KVM keyboard hot-keys, front-panel buttons, or the On-Screen-Display ( OSD ) menu. Its versatility allows it to be cascaded for increased capacity while installed on a desktop or rack-mounted. Frequently Asked Questions

 

  • Help! My screen/audio is stuck on one computer even when I switch to the other!

    • This is a simple fix: use the command sequence [hotkey] [hotkey] [r] [0] this will reset all the screens and audio to their default configurations.
  • Will the dual monitor KVM support 2 monitors that are 1920×1080 @ 144Hz refresh rate?

    • In theory the chipset inside the KVM switch does not support higher then a refresh rate of 60Hz, however testing and reports show the KVM working at 1920×1080 @ 144Hz on an ASUS VG248QE.
