Q: Why I can not check my orders placed before 7/12/2022 from www.connectpro.com?

A: Our old web site and shopping site server was down (hosted by HostGator.com) since 7/12/2022 and we had just transferred our website and shopping site to new site on 7/26/2022.  The new site is hosted by Shopify.com for faster and reliable service to our customers.   You can check orders before 7/12/2022 by email your request to support@connectpro.com or sales@connectpro.com.

Q: What are the major differences between ConnectPRO's DDM-class KVM switches and others'?

A: No Latency USB HID switching and Full-time EDID feeding and emulation to all connected systems are the keys.  Plus the DDM-class KVM switches provide not only fast switching but also reliable performances.

Q: What's your return policy like?  

A: Product return requests are accepted within 15 days of the customer receiving the product. After the 15 days window has passed, no product return for refund requests will be accepted. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send the product back to ConnectPRO. For more detailed information, please refer to our return and refund policy page.

Q: How long does it take for the product that I ordered to be shipped out?

A: If the item ordered is in stock, then we generally ship out orders within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. Tracking information will be provided to the customer when the order ships out from our warehouse.

Q: Do you sell and ship products to customers outside of the United States? 

A : Yes, we do, but the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost and any VAT/import taxes associated with the purchase. Please contact the sales team at sales@connectpro.com for international orders.

Q: Why do you require signature upon package delivery? 

A: Due to the rise in crime and property theft in recent years, we had too many customers who have reported that their package was stolen off of their front door/front porch when the delivery driver left the package on the front door/front porch. We had no choice, but to put signature upon package delivery on every package we ship out as a measure to help ensure the ConnectPRO product will be received by the customer.
