This extended warranty can be purchased at any time during the standard 3 year warranty period that comes with the ConnectPRO KVM switch. Once purchased, the warranty would be extended for an additional 2 years, giving you a total of 5 years of warranty coverage for your ConnectPRO KVM switch. 

Shipping & Returns

- Shipping costs are calculated based on the customer's shipping address.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable

- All orders are shipped with signature required upon package delivery.

- Product return requests are accepted within 15 days of receiving the product. No product return requests will be accepted after the 15 day return window has passed.

- 2.9% credit card processing fee is non-refundable for all order cancellations and product returns

- All New ConnectPRO KVM switches will come with a 3 year warranty.

- Certified Pre-owned KVM switches come with a 1 year warranty

- ConnectPRO video emulators and other accessories will come with 1 year warranty.
