The RC-03 IR remote allows the user to control the ConnectPRO 8-port KVM switches from a distance while doing a presentation, teaching a class, or anytime the user cannot be physically next to the ConnectPRO KVM switch to control it. CR 2025 Battery is included with the IR remote. 

The IR remote is specifically made for ConnectPRO 8 port KVM switches. Below is a list of compatible ConnectPRO KVM switches with the RC-03 remote: 

  • PR-18
  • UR-18+
  • UD-18+

Shipping & Returns

- Shipping costs are calculated based on the customer's shipping address.

- International customers are responsible for paying VAT/import taxes. We do not collect VAT/import taxes.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable

- All orders are shipped with signature required upon package delivery.

- Product return requests are accepted within 15 days of receiving the product. No product return requests will be accepted after the 15 day return window has passed.

- Certified Pre-owned KVM switches come with a 1 year warranty

- ConnectPRO video emulators and other accessories will come with 1 year warranty.
